Company History

Easy on Fourth, Kitchen + Craft Bar is an independent locally owned and operated premium full-service restaurant, committed to changing the landscape of high-quality comfortable dining with a detailed approach of balanced menus, focusing on the combination of quality chef-inspired food and elevated hand-crafted cocktails with the emphasis on only using fresh quality ingredients! We are located on Fourth Line, at the gateway of beautiful Glen Abbey, and are driven to deliver our quality craftsmanship in a casually cool setting.

Our Story

We are business partners and more importantly, partners in life, we are Christopher Lovisa and Carmen Resch, a husband and wife team who enjoys spending time together fulfilling our dream of owning a local restaurant. We are the independent owners of Easy on Fourth, Kitchen + Craft Bar. We are both from very large and loving families, of Italian and French descent, and we were raised, live, and believe that breaking bread and spending time with family and friends should not only feed your body but also fuel your soul. We have created a venue which reflects our combined passion for quality, love of sharing and hosting, and our desire to do it in an approachable, refined, and comfortable space. Mission and Commitment

Our business formula is to combine our creative chef-inspired meals and quality handcrafted drinks with highly attentive and professional staff ensuring that Easy on Fourth, Kitchen + Craft Bar is excellence defined. The setting is as big on ease and comfort as it is on quality, we’re focused on keeping the vibe cool, the energy relaxed. Our diverse food and drink offerings are prepared using fresh, quality, and non-processed ingredients with a great deal of passion, energy, and pride. Nothing comes prepared from a jar, can or bottle, nothing is frozen. We are so completely committed to freshness that we don’t even have a freezer on site! The preparation of our food and our handcrafted drinks is very labour intensive and it is part of our responsibility to communicate this fresh food program to our guests. From momentous occasions such as anniversaries, promotions, or a birthday, to weekly date nights, work or casual get togethers or to simply kick it up on a random afternoon, Easy on Fourth is a go-to place for guaranteed quality fun! We, as well as all of our team members, will pride ourselves on the personal satisfaction and the genuine connection we make with our guests.
